Hallo ,
I have had a great few days , my work Amber was played in the Sound Portal on the 21st of September and it was lovely to meet people and sit and listen to the work in a space designed for listening. I will be posting some images up in the near future and there are plenty on the web of the space.
I gave a talk in the Victoria and Albert Museum on the 21st of September with other people who were involved in the design of the Sound Portal.
I was involved i an event on the 20th of September which was hosted by the Wired Magazine. Link Below

It has very rewarding work to build , I think one of the things that has made it really special is that so many people have experienced the work.

With Amber I wanted to create a warm detailed space full of natural resonance to sit in the centre of Trafalgar square. I wanted the work to have it's own life , its own world , it's own centre, that captured a type of free nature and vitality. Something other worldly but also very human.
The Work was featured on the world service last week, link below.

BBC News did a nice film also about the Portal.

Thank you to everyone that has worked with me on Amber and Thank you To Arup , Sound and Music and Be Open.
