Time to Think ; Coaching for Leaders
Published 15 July 2016 by JT
Just a small post but enthusiastic post ,
I have just been on the most an amazing course about creating thinking environments that will stimulate creativity, thought and new idea's
Very positive, very dynamic, very equal, exceptional.I really appreciated the time to approach the concept of creating environments to think and techniques to enable independent thought. It was excellent experience and I would recommend it to artists and leaders across the board. What struck me the most was the approach to equality, diversity value in idea's and work around the assumptions. Fantastic and brilliant . Thank you to Linda Aspely,
Artist of the Week: Feminatronic
Published 16 July 2016 by JT
I was proud to be chosen as artist of the week this week for the website Feminatronic. They are a really special group that promote female music, I've followed them for a while. I enjoy the posts and really enjoy the way that the information and music is sent out, with knowledge and enthusiasm. Feminatronic has been such an extremely good resource for promoting the more left field female musicians. Really great find and be part of.
I am a keen supporter of women in public and artistic life. I feel it is important to encourage all doors to be open and paths to be free to walked.I am active on a women's group in Islington South and this is really brilliant to be involved with and I high recommend getting involved in a women's group.
Vein : Thoughts about scoring and process

Another one of my scores from my new work Poisoned Politics
This summer I was dismayed by the political turmoil in the country and well as the world. It seemed like politics had become poisoned by a new hyper language which no one really understood, driven by fear and disengagement from general routes of communication.
I decided to channel my thoughts into a series of small scores mostly based around moment of phonetic speech and the metaphor of the word.
I'm stressing the word small .. as they are almost like sketches , I also turned to using speech text on the computer to say the words , which had quite a dysfunctional and effective affect ..
These works are I guess are still in progress , I wasn't commissioned to do them , rather I had to do them to make sense of the political world around me.
They were mostly done at train stations, waiting for busses or in moments where I wanted to channel thoughts.
